Criminal Injuries Compensation

Each and every victim of a violent crime is entitled to claim compensation for any injuries they have suffered if the following has been met:-

The incident has been reported to the police
The victim has suffered more than one injury
The victim has required medical attention on at least two separate occasions
The incident happened within the last two years
